Information we collect
When you complete the estimate form or contact us, we collect the details you choose to give: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you're interested in and any description of your project. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
How we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry and arrange a free site visit.
- To prepare and send a bespoke written quotation.
- To carry out and manage any work you go on to book.
- To keep records relating to guarantees and insurance.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Sharing
Enquiry details may be handled by the systems used to run the business, such as email and enquiry management software. On larger projects, relevant details may be shared with trusted subcontractors working on your garden. Dominic remains your point of contact throughout.
Keeping your information
Enquiry and project records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, including the period covered by the 2-year workmanship guarantee, and for any legal or accounting requirements.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to how it is used. Email dominic-lawton@outlook.com and we'll deal with it.
