The information on this website is provided for general guidance about the services offered. It is not a quotation and does not form part of a contract. Descriptions of materials and methods may vary depending on your ground conditions and the design agreed for your garden.
Quotations
- Site visits and quotations are free and carry no obligation.
- Pricing is bespoke: every project is designed and quoted individually.
- No “from” prices are published, because ground conditions, access and materials change the cost of every garden.
- A written quotation sets out the agreed scope. Changes requested during the works may affect the price and timescale, and will be confirmed with you first.
Carrying out the works
Start dates and timescales are agreed in advance and may be affected by weather, ground conditions or material availability. You will be kept informed if anything changes. Reasonable access to the working area, and to water and power where required, is assumed unless agreed otherwise.
Guarantee and insurance
All installations carry a 2-year workmanship guarantee. The business holds £1m public liability insurance. The guarantee covers workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, alteration by others, neglect, ground movement outside our control, or normal weathering and settlement of natural materials. Manufacturer warranties on supplied products are passed on where they apply.
Aftercare
Some finishes need aftercare, for example watering new turf, or maintaining timber. Guidance is given at handover, and following it is required for the guarantee to apply.
Payment
Payment terms, including any staged payments on larger projects, are set out in your written quotation and agreed before work begins.
